One of the things on our minds during the summer is where we’re going to spend it.

Despite giving our skin plenty of Vitamin C from sunlight, we should still take the initiative of taking care of the largest organ on our bodies. Wear Sunscreen

It’s common sense for us Valley folks to be aware of the extremely hot weather during the summers. Don’t take the outdoors for granted and end up with the worst sunburn imaginable. The sun’s UV rays are extremely powerful and effective in damaging skin.

Wear proper SPF sunscreen every day, especially if you have fair skin. Be wary of marketing tactics most leading brands use to sell higher SPFs for higher prices. Many sunscreen lotions, which have SPF levels between 50-100, actually block around 2% more UV rays than 30 SPF lotions. Exfoliate
