One of the natural parts of aging is the loss of volume in the face, leading to things like sagging, wrinkles, and fine lines. You can reverse these signs of aging through the use of specially formulated Restylane facial fillers. Restylane® L is an incredibly versatile filler that can be used as a lip enhancement and to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and nasolabial folds. Restylane® fillers are composed of the natural substance hyaluronic acid, helping provide natural-looking, flexible results. Restylane® L is a powerful tool against the signs of aging.
If you’re looking for a powerful anti-aging solution, Restylane® L may be the treatment for you. Here at Uptown Medical Wellness & Anti-Aging Center, we love Restylane® L because of its many awesome benefits:
Restylane® L is formulated with lidocaine and administered via an ultra-fine needle to ensure minimal discomfort during treatment. Each treatment appointment will last for around an hour, and you may need to undergo one or two sessions to achieve your desired results. You can expect to see visible results immediately after treatment, with full effects appearing within two weeks for anti-aging treatments and a month for lip enhancement. The effects of Restylane® L usually last for around six months but may last for up to a year. After treatment, you may experience minor side effects, including bruising, hives, itching, tenderness, swelling, headache, itching, and pain. Side effects should resolve on their own within a week of treatment, or two weeks for lip enhancement.
Restylane® L is a great option if you want to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and folds, or if you would like to enhance the fullness of your lips. For lip enhancement, Restylane® L is only recommended for those over the age of 21. For anti-aging and anti-aging preventative treatment, Restylane® L is recommended for those between the ages of 18 and 65. Restylane® might not be right for you if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant, or if you are highly allergic or prone to bleeding disorders. You also shouldn’t undergo Restylane® L treatment if you are allergic to lidocaine.
